This place is wonderful. It has a stretched walk and once you are there life feel differently😆

The best place to stay in, surrounding by creek, with beautiful view. The building is very well managed, the maintenance is really quick and best response. Price also competitive.

Really nice community living with a creek and a mall. Also includes great amenities like the gym, sauna, playing area, lounge, etc. Good maintenance as well.

Really poor customer service. Build quality is bad and the maintenance is terrible. None of the mall development is completed and there are only a couple of outlets open . Everything else is vacant. Prices are still very high. Avoid the development and go somewhere else. Fire escapes are blocked with rubbish and overall the building feels dirty and unsafe. Ill be moving out when the contract ends.

Really quiet place that’s nice for an evening stroll or jog. Parking near the art gallery is plenty but can get full quickly during the weekends.

After reading a few negative comments about Dubai Wharf and Dubai Properties I remained a bit surprised. This is one of the most pleaseant areas, residential communities and property management companies we have ever dealt with. Excellent quality of the construction, AC and finishings, good walls isolation, excellent security, pleaseant personnel, extremely organised property management. Of course, here are some dogs but have not seen anywhere anything left dirty after them, excellent cleaning. Highly recommended.

Building itself is nice. But the community service is very bad. Doesn’t match the reputation of well know developer - Dubai Properties. So tired to dealing with them. Not helpful. Not worthy for the money I paid.

The Appartement itself is average, but the service is terrible, so dirty, dog stools everywhere, there’s something wrong with the AC it’s noisy and the power is low even on full fan. But the main problem is the security, they’re there only to make your life harder and when you really need their help they are slow and finally they shrug their shoulders and tell you i don’t know. Renting this appartment was a mistake I can’t wait to correct when the contract ends.

It is a really nice neighborhood or should I say will be... if you are new in Dubai and are looking for a new apartment wait at least a year... or you may end up in a very nice apartment with a construction site in front of your windows... and do not think that they work while you are at work, so you will not be affected by the noise... its not EU and they work 24/7 seven days a week... so maybe in a year or so, when all the construction stops and all the shops and outdoor outlets are open (at the moment only supermarket is open, everything else that you might have seen in their catalogs is still closed). It is close to metro and to the airport, as well as downtown. It deserves at least 4 stars, but first all the outlets must open and construction sites finish.

A lovely community and an excellent location. Of course its still a new area but at least there is a nearby supermarket.

Very pleasant new development with quality residential units and good location to motorway and Jadaf Metro green line. Only issue is the Mall has been long delayed, so really, the ground levels are quite dead.

Its such a nice urban building, too bad they are constructing other buildings that will block its nice view, plus the noise and dust from the construction site! Theres a metro station near, but still no supermarkets or any shops.

Too much construction, no people/shops and no community feel around. Also the building maintenance test the fire alarm nearly every day at ridiculous hours! Maybe when its finished it will be a great area for families...

Im living in dubai wharf tower 3, the building is nice and I think it will be better when the mall opens and the water front restaurants are operational. However, I am very disappointed, I am staying on the fifth floor and the chillers are extremely noisy. This is not what I expected from a well known developer like #Dubai Properties Group. I have complained several times and still no action is taken. Not recommended to stay in this project unless the chiller noise issue is sorted out.

Located on the Al Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai Wharf stands on the crossroads where the old meets new. The community features upscale homes in a broad range of sizes and layouts with amenities to match.for my opinion the location of these towers is the best area in UAE

Too crowded but again has an old world charm almost from a time gone by. One cancatch a dhow cruise or walk around the wharf and see how trade used to happen (its still does) as goods are being loaded and unloaded in the dhows

I really liked the apartment complexes here. They’re new , modern and European in design. The are it self is not finished yet. But it looks very promising as it’s close to a metro station and a brand new walking district with a mall opining soon

Very nice buildings with beautiful views and apartments,but only one problem with construction around!its such a annoying as special dust which is coming from construction,but all the rest is very nice,big apartments with nice price and also easy enter and exit to Al Khail road and Shaikh Zayed road,very near Dubai Mall and DXB airport

Not all completed, when it does you wont have to leave the area, at present nice clean comfortable rooms with one supermarket

Modern apartments with great location, just too much construction at the moment. Looking forward to the mall and shops opening soon.

I rented 10 days thru airbnb. Very calm nice elegant area versus good price.

T1-T4; 4 buildings residential + commercial apartments (flats)..have vast basement parking area (2 level) connecting all 4 buildings together...

I THINK ON E OF THE BEST PROJECT. WHAT ELSE U NEED FOR INVESTMENT.... TOP CLASS LOCATION , METRO STATION, WATER FRONT, MALL AND five star community.

Good project next to Canal, versace hotel, shopping mall in ground and mezanine floor and residential. Good community developed.

AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST! Premium apartments? No way!!! No water! In 7 months they had 4 emergency water shut downs without letting tenants know! No customer care at all. Seriously do not sign with them. If the facilities are relatively new and they have water issues just imagine after a couple of years.

Convenient beautiful area, there is a supermarket, each complex (tower) has its own pool and gym, in the near future a mall and spacious apartments will open. There is a promenade for walks.
